REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

At SZN Supply, we do not accept refunds. However, we do accept exchanges up to 28 days from purchase. You may exchange your purchase for a different size of the same item, another item that is of the same value, or a store credit for you to use at anytime.

All our products & goods are 100% authentic. If any item which has passed our extreme authentication check is deemed inauthentic by a professional service, we will then provide a full refund.

However, if your purchase is made whereby the item is flawed or tarnished (in-some way) through transit, resulting in the product being unfit for its purpose, we are able to provide a full refund.
