Full Refund on Damaged/Tarnished Goods and Inauthentic Items:
At SZN Supply, we take great care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and authenticity. However, we understand that sometimes items can be damaged during shipping or may not meet our strict authentication standards.
If you receive an item that is damaged or tarnished during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and will issue a full refund once we receive the item and confirm its eligibility.
If an item is deemed inauthentic after our extreme authentication check, we will also offer a full refund. Our authentication process is thorough and extensive, but in the unlikely event that we make a mistake, we will take full responsibility and make it right for our customers.
